Very good product. Well made. Only criticism is the pull out jewellery is a little loose but considering what I paid and quick dispatch very pleased. Evri slow to deliver package though - not companies fault of course

I did not receive the item on time (1 and a half months after my order) and had to file a dispute... it's a shame the delivery took so long.

I asked to cancel this order within 15 mins of ordering. His written policy is all cancellations within 2 hours are accepted, he responded to my request. Then 6 hours later sent the order. Correct tracking has not been provided. Further requests for cancellation and refunds have been ignored. And this item is a cheap piece of furniture he’s reselling from Amazon (the reason I cancelled in the first place. I found the exact images on Amazon he’s running a scam).

Seller purchases directly from Amazon and has the item shipped to you. This is not a "fulfillment by Amazon" situation. I was able to look up the manufacturer/item number on the box and found the item on Amazon sold by the manufacturer for 50% less than what I paid this seller. Reselling Amazon products is against Etsy's policies, and frustrating bc a major reason I shop on Etsy is to avoid shopping on Amazon. I messaged the seller to ask why the item was delivered by Amazon, in Amazon packaging and they responded they would "discuss with their team." I followed up again and did not get a response back.

Item arrived in good time and shape just as promised. I love the colors of black steel frame and "wooden" design of the drawers. It was easy to assemble, with a lot of extra pieces if something goes wrong. Thanks
