A love letter to America's wild places — proudly printed & framed by hand in Kentucky.
Every landscape tells a story. The way morning light catches a limestone bluff along the Kentucky River. The quiet hush of old-growth forest in the Pacific Northwest. The golden hour glow over Texas Hill Country, where live oaks cast long shadows across the land our grandparents walked.
Timber & Tide was born from a simple belief: the American landscape deserves to be on your wall — not as a mass-produced afterthought, but as something crafted with the same care and reverence the land itself demands.
We study the painters who came before us — the Hudson River School masters, the Tonalists, the Luminists who chased light across this continent and put it on canvas. Their tradition lives in every piece we create: atmosphere over spectacle, mood over decoration, the kind of quiet beauty that stops you mid-step and makes you breathe a little deeper.
Every print is made right here in Kentucky. We select archival-quality paper, print each piece ourselves, and frame it by hand before it ever leaves our studio. No dropshippers, no overseas fulfillment centers, no corners cut. When you unwrap a Timber & Tide print, you're holding something that was touched by the same hands from start to finish.
From the rocky shores of Acadia to the desert cathedrals of the Southwest, from the misty hollows of Appalachia to the wild coastline of Big Sur — we're building a collection that celebrates every corner of this country. One frame at a time.
Welcome home.
