Do you have Samples?
Yes, we do! Our samples are the 8 x 10" option in the listing! Please select the 10" option in the size menu for a sample!
Do you accept returns?
Here at Timberlea Interiors, we print everything to order. This means each order is made specially for you. As we print everything to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations. Printing to order is our way to help combat waste within our industry. Please double check measurements or message us if you are unsure!
Customers are responsible for the costs of returning an item. This includes shipping, customs, and duties on the item. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once a returned item has been received from the seller it will be inspected for damage.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

How do I exchange an item?
If your exchange is approved, customers are responsible for the costs of returning an item. This includes shipping, customs, and duties on the item.

If there is a colour chart in the listing, you may choose a colour to customize that item! To order in a different colour, please indicate your colour choice at checkout. There is an option to write a note to the seller at checkout.

Custom and Personalized Orders
