My dog crate came to my home damaged. It was poorly packed and therefore it got banged around during transport. Made it super hard to even get together. I emailed to seller and initially he responded, but when I sent him pictures of the damage he went dark. No response in almost a month. Disappointing. This was an expensive purchase that was super pricey to ship. I will NOT be purchasing from this seller again.

Scott made a very nice and quality work. We absolutely love our kennel, it looks very beautiful and strong! Our dog loves it too. It is cozy. The shipment was very convenient and cheaper because the crate was sent apart. It was easy to assemble it because of the very clear explanations Scott wrote to us. This is an extraordinary work of craftsmanship that serves a thoroughly functional purpose for our English Springer Spaniel while affording furniture-grade quality for presentation inside the home. Scott was exceptionally responsive to questions and suggestions and he accommodated a subtle but important modification into his design. Time of construction and speed of delivery was FAST. Curbside delivery was courteous and the deliveryman kindly rolled the unit (which was fully wrapped and properly cushioned) on its palette down a long driveway into our garage. From there I unpacked and moved it into our house and up to a second floor office; probably best, though, for two people to carry the unit into its final location. It is now in our home office with printer and lamp on top and our dog comfortably inside.
