1 out of 5 starsThe packaging upon arrival was so damaged, it was crushed, opened and exposed the contents. This hand bag looked great in the picture. It is a total piece of junk I spent $113.10 on it and it is worthless. The zippers inside had thread rot and are not attached except at the ends. The lining in several spots ripped through due to fabric rot and now have holes once I put my hand inside them. The leather outside has ripped when I put my hand inside the pocket, plus wasn't stitched on the upper edge and had a piece that looked as though it had been cut with a knife. I have no idea of how old this piece is but I'm afraid to use this bag for fear it will continue to rip. In all the items I've purchased from various Etsy sellers, I've never had such a negative experience. I'm seeking a full refund plus shipping to return to seller.
