I don't mind paying shipping if it is not stated boldly that the shipping is free. This is really a beautiful clock

Are these clocks outdoor proof?
We recommend keeping all of our clocks indoors. They are not weather proof and are not intended for outdoor use.
Do your clocks make a ticking sound?
While our clocks are quieter than the average clock, you will be able to hear them tick in a quiet room.

We currently cannot offer any clocks larger than 23". However, if you message us via Etsy Conversation, we can create a smaller size option for you if needed.

Care instructions
-In order to keep your clock running properly, a new battery will need to be inserted periodically. We recommend replacing the battery every "time change".
-To clean your clock, we recommend using a dry, soft cloth to wipe it down. Do not use any sprays or wet materials on your clock.
Do you send proofs?
We will send you a mockup of your clock with your personalization if you request one on your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We typically need 1-5 business days for production. Once shipped it usually arrives within 2-9 business days with our standard shipping (for orders shipped within the USA).
Internationally Shipped Orders
For internationally shipped orders, please provide a phone number in a note on the order for carrier use upon delivery (it will be solely used for this purpose).
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon delivery.
Transit times will vary based on your location. Once shipped, most orders take 10-18 business days to arrive.
