He went out of his way to answer all my questions in a timely manner as well as printing out a 3 page manual that included how to care for the watch and how to change a battery. He was knowledgeable, polite, helpful and a craftsman. No detail was left unaddressed. I would not hesitate to do more business with him and he gets my highest recommendation. My only regret is that I was limited to 5 stars, he deserved so much more.
