Sizing details
Our button pins are 1.5" in size. All other items have their respective sizes on their individual listing. If you have any questions, just let us know!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most local orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 1-3 months due to COVID19 and delay in shipping it might take longer since postal services are experiencing delays. Hoping for your patience.
Items will be shipped with tracking number and will be sent using registered mail. If in any case, you want faster shipping. There will be additional fees. Just message us.
Please note that customs tax and may vary on different countries and should be shouldered by the buyer.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If I send wrong design or the item is damaged upon receiving, I will send a replacement for the faulty item or offer a refund if preferred. No need to return the damaged item to me. Please contact me and provide pictures within 48 hours upon receipt of the broken item and we can discuss!

What if I provide the wrong address?
I always ship items based on the Etsy shipping address on the buyers profile upon order. If it's not the right address, let me know right away. We are not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address if you do not provide the correct address. If a package is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the charges to re-ship the package or we can also refund but only the item cost. Kindly note that we cannot re-ship orders until the original package is returned to us.
Do you ship with tracking number?
Yes! We always ship our items as registered mail so you'll receive a tracking number once we ship your item so you can rest assured and check where your item is every step of the way.
