Do you make everything yourself?
Yep! It’s just me (Karolina), making, pressing, packing, and posting everything from my home in Leeds. No print-on-demand or drop-shipping – just proper handmade goodness.
Can I personalise an item?
Of course! Most items can be personalised – names, quotes, custom colours, you name it. Just pop your request in the notes when ordering, or message me if you’re unsure.
How long will my order take?
I usually dispatch within 1-2 working days, but during busy times (like Christmas) it might take a little longer. If you’re in a hurry, message me and I’ll do my best to help!
Are your materials eco-friendly?
As much as possible, yes! I try to use recyclable, biodegradable or reusable packaging, and I’m always looking for greener options when sourcing materials.
When should I expect my item to arrive?
Our items are made to order, except imperfects. As a result, they will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. We usually use Evri shipping, which typically delivers within 2-3 working days once your order has been shipped.
What's with the 'imperfects'?
I try hard to avoid waste, so if something comes out a little off (but still lovely), I list it as a discounted “perfectly imperfect” item. It’s great for a bargain and better for the planet!
