Doing what we love!

My Shop, Timeless Accessories, began out of my love for weddings. I have always loved researching and looking at wedding ideas, going to weddings, being in weddings, and helping plan and coordinate weddings. Throughout the years I would notice different things that brides need or want on their wedding days to either complete their ensemble or use in taking photos and capturing memories of their big day. So, along with my husband, we began making and selling the items you will find in our shop. We focus mainly on the production of bridesmaids robes and personalizing them with our embroidery service. Our success with the bridesmaid robes allowed us the ability to expand in our creativity and venture into making Personalized Hangers, Personalized Signs, Cake Toppers, and Personalized Cutting Boards. We strive to keep all of our Timeless Accessories customers happy. If you have a problem for any reason please contact us immediately. Please note that we only communicate to our customers through Etsy's messaging platform and we will not honor any requests to contact you through a personal email address, phone call, or other form of communication.

We cannot state this enough, please read each item description CAREFULLY and use our measurement guides if applicable. Please feel free to ask me questions about specific products if you do not see it addressed in the item description.

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns.

We do not accept cancellations.

How do we exchange an item?
Message us on ETSY and we will give you instructions. We must approve every exchange prior to you sending it back. Buyer must pay all shipping fees, customs, duties, and taxes for an exchange.
We are NOT responsible for any shipping charges incurred during an exchange.

Rush Order Fees are non-refundable.

We welcome exchanges on eligible items (nothing personalized). If you would like to exchange an item, please contact me through Etsy. Exchanges MUST be done within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

Buyer must pay all shipping fees in order to receive an exchange.
All exchanges need to be approved before being sent back. No exceptions.

How can we pay for our items?
We accept Paypal and All major credit cards through Etsy direct checkout
All payments paid by e-Checks trough Paypal must clear in order for your order to process. E-Checks may take up to 5 days or more to clear from your bank

Can we cancel an order ?
You can cancel an order within 3 hours of making the purchase (this policy is only eligible on personalized items if design has not started). Once your order has shipped or is in the process of being made, we will not accept cancellations or refunds.
Shipping
How do you ship your items?
We ship ALL of our items using FIRST CLASS USPS domestic, USPS Priority, and UPS Ground with an average ( 3 - 9 ) delivery. You will receive a tracking number in a separate email once your order has shipped. Please refer to item description to understand how long production on your product will take. Production and shipping timelines are not guaranteed- they are only guidelines for when you can expect your item.

Attention Alaska, Hawaii, other outlying US territory customers, and customers with PO Box addresses:
If you are purchasing a SIGN, you will be sent a separate invoice to pay for additional shipping costs to your location.

Can we get our items faster?
YES, if we have an item PRE MADE, you may contact me to add Priority or Overnight Express shipping. We charge additional fees for Rush Orders in addition to the expedited shipping costs. Please message us BEFORE purchasing if you would like to add overnight shipping to your order to ensure we have your item available for immediate shipment.

Do you ship everyday?
YES except weekends and Holidays. Please order accordingly to meet your time lines.

Do you ship internationally?
No.

How long does it take to ship and receive an item once it ships?
Please refer to your item description to see the correct production and shipping timeframes.

Transits as follows:
2-8 days for U.S Customers (please make sure you calculate production time as well)

This is an average timeline (it is longer during holidays and busy seasons)
These are not guaranteed transit times.

Are you Timeless Accessories responsible for lost or damaged items?
Each one of your items will be packaged with all precautions taken for nothing to happen during transit. We, however are NOT responsible for LOST or stolen packages. We are not in any way associated with USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex, therefore once the package is out of our hands and the shipping carrier has possession of it, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, you will need to contact the shipping carrier and file a claim with them for a lost or stolen package. Our packages come with insurance in case of situations like these.

If your item arrives and is damaged, you must report the damage and include photos within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product. From there we will determine the best course of action to be taken to resolve the situation.


What if my package is returned for insufficient address?
You are responsible to pay all shipping and processing fees that apply for us to Re-ship your items to the correct address.

FAQ

When will I receive my order?
Our items have different production times. Production times are listed in the description of the item but here is a quick break down of production/shipping times for our most popular products.

Wedding Signs: 4 weeks production + 3-8 days shipping
Robes: 3-5 day production + 3-5 days shipping
Personalized Robes: 2 weeks production + 3-5 days shipping
Hangers: 2 weeks production + 3-4 days shipping
Cutting Boards: 3 weeks production + 3-5 days shipping

If you need your item sooner, please contact us with a rush order request.

Will I receive a proof?
Proofs are available by request only after you have purchased (eligible on signs). Once you have received your proof you will have 24 hours to reply with any change suggestions. If we do not receive a reply, we will proceed with your order assuming that the design is approved. Proofs are a black and white digital rendering of the design of your sign and they are normally sent approximately 1 week prior to your ship date.

Can I get a proof of the sign prior to purchasing?
We do not offer proofs prior to purchasing at this time. You may request a proof when you purchase.

What can I do if my personalization information is incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as you notice if anything is incorrect in your personalization information. If production has not started, we would be happy to make any changes for you.

Can you customize a sign?
Yes, we would be happy to customize a sign for you. Custom Design Fees will apply and are calculated based on the extra lettering and design. Please contact us for more information.

What sizes are the wedding signs you have pictured in the examples?
The signs in the photo examples are the 20x30 size.

Where did you get the easel/stand used in your sign picture?
The easel was purchased at a local home goods store. Similar easels/stands can be found on Amazon when you search under metal/iron easel or stand.

Is the easel/stand or greenery included?
No, they are not included and must be purchase separately.

What size of easel/stand should I purchase?
For larger signs, it is recommended to purchase a stand that is 50” or taller (over all) and can hold up to 15 lbs.

Can I just purchase the lettering for the sign separately?
No, we do not sell the lettering for the signs separately at this time.

Are the robes machine washable?
Robes are machine washable on a gentle setting however hand washing and hang drying is recommended. To get wrinkles out, you can iron the robe on a low heat setting.

Can our wedding sign be used as a guestbook with signatures?
Yes! We recommend using a sharpie pen or the oil-based sharpie paint pens.

I don’t know what size to choose for my robe?
The robe sizes we offer are a “one size fits all” type. We offer a small adult size which fits women who typically wear a dress size of 0-10 (small, medium, large). Our large, or plus size robe will fit a woman who wears a dress size of 12-20 (large, xl, xxl).
We also offer 3 children’s sizes on most robe designs. The child small size will fit a 2-4 year old, a child medium will fit a 5-7 year old, and a child large will fit an 8-12 year old. For additional robe measurements, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you further.

Can I add a heart to my hanger as seen in some photo examples?
Yes, please request the heart in your notes for the order. We design the hanger exactly as it appears so you must include any special symbols or characters that you would like included. Ex. Mrs. (heart) Davis

Can I get the date/phrase engraved at the top of the dark wood hanger?
Unfortunately we do not offer the engraving on the dark wood hangers as it does not show up well.

Which hanger do I choose if I want the date/phrase engraved at the top?
Please select any color of hanger that includes (+engraving). Engraved hangers include an additional fee.

Can I get my robe personalized?
Yes, we offer embroidery on our robes for an additional fee. Please follow the instructions on adding embroidery to your robe located in the description section of the item.

Do the signs come with hanging hardware?
No we do not provide hanging hardware for your sign. You will need to purchase that separately if you plan to hang it.
