What to do in the first place!
1. Right after receiving the item, please make sure if it's free of flaws.
2. Check if the size is correct.
3. Before installing the wallpaper, place all of the panels on the floor and check if they match one another.

Care instructions
Removable material: supplier recommends installing the wallpaper at least 3 weeks after painting. It's risky to place this kind of wallpaper on a wall painted with washable paint (latex). It also won't adhere to textured, bumpy walls with imperfections. Wall has to be completely smooth.
Please note - removable material can be applied and removed multiple times; however, it works with solid surfaces only, as it may rip on old or badly prepared coating.
Returns & complaint
Please, shop wisely! Customized orders do not apply to return policy. I accept returns for standard orders that do not exceed the value of $1500. Please, message me within 14 days of delivery before returning the item, so I can provide you details. Ship items back within 30 days of requesting a return. The shipping return of purchase is at the customer's expense.
In case of a complaint, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the issue. Complaints submitted after 30 days of receiving the package will not be taken under the consideration. Also, if you decide to use/install your item before checking if it's free of flaws, the compaint will not be taken under the consideration.
Customs fee
Customer has to pay customs fee that may apply during purchase and delivery process. Usually that amount varies from 3% to 8%; however, I am not able to check what is an exact customs fee for the particular order.
Colors, size and scale
- The scale of the pattern depends on the size of the roll. The pattern is fit to the width of the roll. Write me a message if you are buying the roll again and do not know if the pattern will fit.
- My prints are not metallic. Please remember, that there may be a slight difference between the final print and the visualization you received. Also, the colors that you can see on your monitor may differ from those on the print.
Bear in mind, that during the printing of another panel, colors may vary due to a different print batch.
- Dimensions of the product may vary +/- 2%.

Please note! Each window size is different, therefore all roller shades are custom products and cannot be returned.
Delivery information

Please, make sure if your address is updated once you place the order. As a seller, I'm not responsible for a wrongly addressed package because the customer did not provide the correct address.
I ask you politely to send me your phone number right after you make a purchase in case of any problems with delivery. If not - the package might be returned to me.
Fedex company informs: GB Customs has the right to hold the shipment for up to 30 days prior to providing an update.
