Please check your mailing address associated with Etsy and Paypal. I am not responsible for any extra shipping costs if the address you supply is incorrect.

For custom items, refunds are not an option when I have been given the incorrect information, if the error is mine I will remake or refund the item.

Cancellations are not accepted once the type has been set for a custom embroidered item.

Please make sure your Etsy and Paypal addresses are accurate and up to date. I provide free tracking on all of my items, you will need to make arrangements to have the package accepted or do whatever you need to do to receive it, because I do not resend or issue refunds for packages that have been marked as delivered and the USPS GPS has confirmed accurate delivery.

Paypal customers that cancel their orders will receive a full refund minus the Paypal transaction fee.

A proof of each design with one revision is included in your purchase price. A fee of $10 each will be charged for additional revisions.

Due to the number of orders and inquiries I receive each day, proofs are not provided prior to purchase.

If a Custom Order listing is created for you, you will have a 24 hour window in which to purchase, after 24 hours it will be removed.

Even though my responsibility ends when your item is shipped, if an item is lost by the USPS I will do my best to help find it, going above and beyond, including calling your local postal carrier / post office. I have not lost a package since opening my shop 10+ years ago, some have been misplaced, but all were found through USPS GPS and reached their final destination in a timely manner.
