What are the requirements for the photo on the keychain?
For better results, please provide the following:
- Uncropped photo
- Photo resolution - minimum 150 KB
- Photo shape - rectangular
- It is advisable that the upper part of the photo has enough space for the metal insert of the keychain to be filled with the image.
What are the requirements for the inscription/text on the insert?
There are no limits, however, the more characters your text has, the smaller it will be.
Can I order a big batch of items, for instance for corporate gifts, etc?
Sure, we are always glad to carry out your orders! Please, message us to discuss all details including deadlines, discounts, etc.
Is customized personalization available (design/ brand logo)?
Of course, customized personalization is more than welcome, though contact us in advance for more details.
What do “ keychain options” mean?
1 side text - your custom text on one side of the metal insert, the opposite side will remain empty;
1 side photo - your photo on one side of the metal insert, the opposite side will remain empty;
1 side photo, 1 side text - your photo on one side of the metal insert and custom text on the opposite side;
2 sides photo - your photos on both sides of the metal insert;
2 metal inserts (double keychain)- your photos/ text on both sides of 2 metal inserts (up to 4 printed sides);
3 metal inserts (triple keychain)- your photos/ text on both sides of 3 metal inserts (up to 6 printed sides).
What kind of image on a keychain do I get?
All our inserts of keychain are made of stainless steel that has its own grainy texture for better adhesion with UV-paint. Particularly due to the grainy texture of the insert the printed image might look pixelated, however it’s our production feature! Before production each inset is grinded, primed and only upon these procedures the image is printed using UV-print technique
Can I return or exchange my order?
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you want to return or exchange non-personalized, non-customized order please and note:
- you have 14 days from item delivery to ship this item back to the seller,
- buyers are responsible for return shipping costs,
- the money will be returned after receiving the item in its original condition.
But please send us a message at first.
We accept returns & exchanges if:
- we've send you the wrong item,
- the item is the wrong color,
- the item is damaged.
