How do I download my files?
Once your purchase is complete, you can download your digital files by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Etsy account.
2. Go to "Your Account" (top-right corner) and click on "Purchases and Reviews".
3. Find the order and click the "Download Files" button next to it.
You’ll be taken to the Downloads page where you can download all the files associated with your order.
Notes:
⚠ Downloads are not available via the Etsy app. Please use a browser on your desktop or mobile device.
⚠ If you checked out as a guest (without an Etsy account), the download link will be sent to your email address after purchase.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please feel free to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions!

Unfortunately, no. All products are for personal use only. Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of the files (in whole or in part) is strictly prohibited.
