I messaged Berfin to inquire if it was possible to edit the design a little and she responded so quickly and was able to assist me so now I have a perfect match for my bathroom. The design is well made and I can’t wait to print it and put it up!

Is this a physical print?
All artwork in Timeless Studio Prints is sold as a digital download. You will receive printable files; no physical poster, frame, or other item will be mailed to you.
After downloading, you can print your artwork at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. Please check the individual listing description for the exact files and sizes included with your purchase.
Where do I download my files?
Your files become available after Etsy confirms your payment. If you purchased while signed in, open Etsy.com in a web browser and go to Your account → Purchases and reviews. Find your order and select Download files.
If you checked out as a guest, look for the download link in the receipt email sent by Etsy. Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find it. Digital files cannot currently be downloaded through the Etsy app, so use a browser on your phone or computer instead.

What sizes and file formats will I receive?
Each listing description explains which print sizes and file formats are included with that artwork. Please review it before purchasing, as the included files can differ between products.
When printing, choose the file that matches your intended print size or frame ratio. Using a different ratio may cause part of the image to be cropped. If you are unsure which file to use, tell me your desired print size and I can help you identify the best option from the files included in your order.
Where should I print my art?
You can print your files at home, take them to a local print shop, or upload them to an online printing service. For a soft, gallery-style finish, I recommend a good-quality matte art paper. If you prefer a different look, ask your printer to show you their available paper samples.
For larger prints, a professional print shop can help you select the correct file, paper, and print settings. Tell them your desired final size and ask them to check the image ratio before printing to avoid unexpected cropping.
Printing services and paper options vary by location. If you are unsure what to request, you are welcome to message me with your planned print size.
Will the printed colors look exactly like the screen?
Slight color differences are normal. Screens display color using light, while printers use ink; screen brightness, printer calibration, paper, and ink can all affect the finished print.
Matte paper generally gives artwork a softer appearance, while glossy paper can make colors appear more vivid and reflective. For the most predictable result, you can ask your print provider for a small test print before ordering a large size.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
Your purchase is intended for personal use. You may print the artwork for your own home or give a printed copy as a personal gift.
Please do not resell the digital files, share them with others, upload them to another platform, or use the artwork on products for sale. Purchasing a download does not transfer ownership of the artwork or grant a commercial license.
Can you resize an artwork if my size isn’t listed?
Please send me a message before purchasing with your desired size in inches or centimeters and a link to the artwork you’re interested in. I’ll check whether I can prepare that size while preserving the artwork’s composition and print quality.
Some frame sizes use a different aspect ratio and may require cropping, so resizing is not possible for every design. I’ll explain the available options before you place your order.
Can’t download your files through the Etsy app?
The Etsy app does not currently support digital file downloads. If you’re using a phone or tablet, open Etsy.com in a browser such as Safari or Chrome, sign in, and go to Your account → Purchases and reviews. Find your order and select Download files.
If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in the receipt email sent by Etsy. If you still cannot access your files, please message me through Etsy and I’ll help you locate them.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital products delivered electronically, I generally cannot accept returns or exchanges after the files have been accessed or downloaded.
If you have trouble downloading a file, receive an incorrect file, or notice a problem with your purchase, please message me through Etsy. I’ll review the issue and do my best to help resolve it. Any applicable buyer rights and Etsy policies still apply.
