I don't know which font to use. Can I request a free mockup?
Absolutely! Once you have submitted your order please feel free to contact us for a mockup. We'll work with you until you find the perfect selection.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We typically have orders shipped within 1 business day. Please refer to the Shop Announcements section for current production times.
Do you offer bulk/wholesale order discounts?
Yes, please contact us for bulk/wholesale pricing.
I want to personalize a product that I do not see in your shop.
Please contact us with the product you are interested in having engraved. We have very good relationships with our suppliers so there is plenty of flexibility to accommodate your needs.
Where do I add the engraving details?
For products that require names, titles, dates, etc... please use the "Notes" box while checking out to input all information.
Can I cancel an order after a mockup is provided?
Yes! But there will be a $10.00 charge if you decide to cancel after the design work and mockups have been provided.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Please contact us first before shipping anything back. All items must be received back to us in the same condition we provided them.
Note, returns are only accepted for non-personalized / non-embellished items. Refunds are for the cost of the order minus shipping.
What happens if my package is returned due to an invalid address?
If your package is returned to us, then we will contact you and collect the necessary shipping costs to ship it back out. If you no longer want the item and/or do not want to pay shipping again, then your item will be donated. Please make sure your address is accurate.
DO NOT use a PO Box as your shipping address.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, absolutely! Note, our flat-rate shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping costs will need to be calculated prior to shipment.
Is my package delayed?
Unfortunately, shipping carriers have been facing consistent delays beyond our control so please plan accordingly. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
