never received the item and very upsetting.

I never even received my item. This person is terrible don’t order through them. I reached out to them never heard back. Never got any updates saying it was being prepared or whatever. Literally got nothing from anyone about anything. Will be trying to get my money back. I’d give a zero star if I could.

It was Excellent and my gram loved it!!

Never got any notifications, never got product. Esty gave me a refund after I started a case against the seller.

Seller never shipped items out and didn’t respond

I’d accidentally put this is in my basket with a lot of other items so when I looked and saw I had bought it I emailed and asked for a full refund as I didn’t want it and for the book it was £55 including the p&p!! I got an email back saying sorry it was being ‘made’ and he can’t do a refund now. The item turned up and it was clear all he had done was bought it from Amazon and had it sent to my house, at a much cheaper price and claimed he’s made the book and charged an extortionate amount for delivery £28!!!! Which doesn’t show when you go to buy it. Absolutely do NOT recommend just get onto Amazon and you can buy it for half the price and saves all the bull crap you’ll get from this bloke.

He will be surprised when he gets this tonight
