Can this arrive by my deadline?
Contact me before ordering with the product name, quantity, customization details, shipping address, and required date. I will check the available production and shipping options.
Can I include a gift note with my order?
Gift messaging is available for an additional fee. Please message me before ordering to arrange it. Notes added without prior communication will not be included.
How long will my order take?
The timeline depends on the product and when the order is placed. Allow approximately 3–5 business days for production and at least 5 business days for shipping. Weekends and high-volume gifting seasons may extend the estimate.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Cancellation is available within one hour after the order is submitted. Requests made later than one hour cannot be guaranteed.
Can I send the product back?
Made-to-order merchandise is final sale unless there is verified damage, a defect, a production error, or an incorrect item.
What do I need to provide in case of wrong, damaged, or incomplete order?
Send me clear pictures of the entire product, close-ups of the issue, all received contents, and the package’s shipping label.
What should I do if tracking says delivered?
Search all possible delivery locations and ask nearby residents, household members, or building staff. If the parcel is still missing, contact the carrier and request additional delivery details.
