The mock-up process of the design was comprehensive, and I was able to get many versions of the sign and discuss it before going ahead with the order. The graphics are pristine and the sign is a nice weight. It also comes with hardware to hang yourself. Makes for a great gift for clients. You can always depend on getting a beautiful, well crafted sign!
