You will receive your proof within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm MT) of me receiving your order and all event details. (Typically, it is sooner than later.) Incomplete details may cause a delay, so please be sure to provide all requested information in the "Add Your Personalization" box and get back to me right away if I contact you with questions and/or provide a proof.

What you see on screen may not be the same as what you see in print. This is because screens produce color via lighted pixels (RGB), and printed colors are produced by a layering of differently-colored dots of ink (CMYK) on various media (like paper). Differences between machinery and materials causes color to vary from screen to screen and from printer to printer.

Personalization of instant digital downloads is not available. Instant downloads are sold as is so that you can rock out the project fast and affordably. Printing is also not available for instant downloads; however, every download is print-ready and includes instructions for how to finish the project yourself. Hooray for DIY!

» PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Cancellation is possible only if a proof has not yet been provided.

» PRINT-TO-ORDER: Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been put into the production queue.

» IN-STOCK ITEMS: Cancellation is possible if the shipping label has not already been created.

COMPUTER: Go to Account > Purchases, find the order, then click on the Download Files button. Easy peasy!

MOBILE APP: The Etsy mobile app does NOT allow for downloading digital files. D'oh! HOWEVER, downloads ARE available if you log into your Etsy account using your mobile device's browser. Follow the same instructions as above.

GUEST CHECKOUT: If you made your purchase as a guest (i.e. not signed into an Etsy account), you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase.

Editable templates are available as LIMITED-USE items. Please be sure to read the item description for details about the number of downloads included, and what parts of each template are and aren't editable. In many cases, certain elements are locked or restricted so as to preserve the integrity of the original design, or to make it easier for you to work with the template.
