Etsy says I should mention if this item “met my expectations” or “matched the description.” In fact, I am much more pleased with this than I expected to be. The photos were lovely, but it’s so much lovelier in person. This necklace is simply beautiful. The quality of the materials and construction far exceed what would be reasonable for the price. This isn’t flimsy, cheap, mass-produced jewelry, or somebody’s poorly-executed hobby—this is hand-crafted art, and I love it. (So much so that, despite this being intended as a gift, I’m debating keeping it for myself.) Also, the seller sent it out immediately; I received it within a couple days of ordering. It was packaged very nicely, without a lot of wasteful unnecessary materials to throw away. I’ve had my eye on this piece for a while, and I’m so glad I finally ordered it!
