1. How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

Standard Shipping: Takes 4 - 14+ business days using USPS Letter Mail (snail mail) via a rigid mailer to protect your purchase. This is considered no rush delivery and is our standard option to keep costs low for you! If you haven't received your package after 14 business days, please reach out for assistance.

Ground Advantage (Strongly Recommended): Takes 1 -5 days in a sturdy box to protect your purchase and comes with real tracking. This is a much faster delivery option for those time sensitive occasions and is available as an upgrade at checkout.

Orders of $20 or more ship in a box and are automatically upgraded to Ground Advantage Shipping! FREE Ground Advantage Shipping is available for all orders over $35.

Yes! We prioritize sustainability and source our paper from USA based mills who feel the same way about protecting our planet. Our cards and gift tags are made using 100% post-consumer recycled waste 100lb cover cardstock that is FSC certified.

3. Are the Keepsake Cards one-of-a-kind?
Yes! Each keepsake card is a mini piece of art. No two cards are ever the same — every fold, every pattern pairing, every tiny detail is part of a one‑of‑a‑kind creative process.
