Do you sell physical products?
No, all my items are digital embroidery files. You will not receive a physical product.
What formats do you provide?
My designs are usually available in common embroidery machine formats (such as PES, DST, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX, HUS, and VIP). Please check the product description for specific formats included.
How do I download my files?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will give you a link to download your files under “Purchases & Reviews” in your account. If you need help, Etsy’s download instructions are available, or you can message me directly.
Can I use these designs commercially?
Yes, you may use my designs to create physical items (like clothing, bags, or home décor) for personal use or for sale in small quantities.

What if I need a custom size or format?
Send me a message! I’ll do my best to help resize or convert your file if possible.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

My machine won’t read the file. What should I do?
irst, make sure you are using the correct file format for your machine. If you’re still having issues, contact me via Etsy Messages, and I’ll work with you to resolve it.
Can I share or give your files to others?
No, sharing or reselling digital embroidery files is not allowed. Each purchase is for one user only.
