4 out of 5 starsI’m a complete beginner and wanted to make a name banner for my daughter’s room. The ‘tutorial’ isn’t particularly easy to follow as a beginner. Would be much easier if it wasn’t an AI generated picture and had actual pictures of it being made.

Hi Brandy! As discussed in our messages, because it's a digital file and automatically delivered via email on purchase we cannot refund you as you received the product you purchased. I'm sorry you were disappointed but we do try to put as many times as possible "digital file only" in the description and title.
