5 out of 5 starsI ordered the duvet cover and pillow cases and they are gorgeous! The material is so soft. My bed looks so great. Shipping did take a couple weeks, but seller did say it would take that long, so that's no issue. I just wish I could order matching sheets.

Custom and personalized orders
Our favorite, we love to make special orders that are meaningful to you. Message us with the item(s) and quantities you are desiring and we will be happy to chat with you about it. Designs are ours exclusively and can be customized to your needs in most cases.Delivery Confirmation Notice
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns.
Shipping issues
We are not responsible for any packages marked as "delivered" by the postal service. If your item is stolen from the delivery point you are responsible. If the tracking and delivery status indicate that the package was delivered to the address provided during purchase, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
We provide tracking information for all shipments, and customers can refer to the tracking details to follow their package's journey. If a package is marked as delivered but is missing, we encourage customers to contact their local postal service for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
The general shop policy, because items are made to order, are not returnable. This keeps carbon footprint low and pricing affordable for you as the consumer.
If your item for some reason demonstrates poor print quality, defect or arrives damaged it will be replaced. If there's a defect in your item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue and I will do my best to make it right!
Please note that returns are not accepted for reasons such as color preference, sizing issues, buyer's remorse, failure to read description or arrives late due to shipping issues like holiday traffic or extreme weather delays when an active weather alert is on the shipping website.
