Can I exchange my purchase?
Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about exchanges. Most items are made to order to help keep your costs low, but we’ll do everything we can to serve you.
Can I return seasonal and holiday items such as Halloween and Christmas products?
All seasonal and holiday products sales are final.
Sadly, some folks think it’s okay to purchase an item, use it for the holiday, and then return it. We know that’s not you because you’re cool. :) But some folks are like that, so that’s our policy.
Exchanges for the same item may be possible. Feel free to contact us as we are always happy to help however we can.
I ordered from your store, later changed my mind without communicating to your store, and then refused the delivery with the courier after it was hand-made and shipped. Will I get a full refund?
Items refused for delivery by the customer from a legitimate purchase will incur a 20% restocking fee + $5 shipping. Our store incurs significant costs for materials to produce your items made-to-order, and the "Free Shipping" we offer is still a cost to us. We feel this puts responsibility on both the customer and the store to rectify these (although rare) unfortunate situations.
I want to Cancel my order. Can I get a full refund?
Mistakes happen and sometimes an order needs cancelled. It happens to all of us. That's why we have a 6 hour cancellation window for orders because we care and respect our customers. We also expect equal care and respect FROM customers.
All of our products are printed on demand for each customer at the time they order. This helps keep costs low for us AND for you as the customer.
Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders at no charge within the first 6 hours after purchase. We purchase materials and often start on orders RIGHT AWAY which means we've already incurred a cost on your behalf. If you ABSOLUTELY MUST cancel an order beyond our respectful window of time, a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund.
