As a huge Arcane fan, especially of Vi and Cait, I can honestly say this is a treasure I’ll cherish. If you love these characters even half as much as I do, you absolutely cannot miss out on this it’s pure perfection!

Please ignore this buyer. They have not received the items yet, as we are still well within the time frame for expected delivery, but they have made a 1 star review anyway. Their comment also does not match the 1 star given. I have messaged them to try and find out what it is they are unhappy with at the moment, but the only communication I receive back is ‘okay’.

You made the purchase on 6th January, including the email address and postage address associated with your Etsy account. I sent the item to you on the 8th January. Today, the 17th January, you messaged me to change the delivery address on the item - an item you ordered nearly two weeks' ago and would have had more than enough time to rectify address issues before dispatch. I then offered you a FREE replacement item, only asking you to pay for the postage again. Please continue any queries in messages, as you have not reviewed an item of mine nor my shop.
