*DIGITAL PRODUCTS*
Most products are available as digital downloads and are ready to download immediately after purchasing.

*CUSTOM DIGITAL PRODUCTS*
Custom digital downloads will be emailed to you within 24-36 hours. I am offline on Shabbat and Jewish holidays, so I will not see custom orders and messages on those days. Expect a quick reply soon after.

*PHYSICAL PRODUCTS*
**I am in the process of adding poster and canvas prints to my shop using a third party printing partner. In the USA, prints SHIP FREE in 8-10 days. Outside of the USA, prices and times vary, and are listed in individual product descriptions. Stay tuned as more physical products become available. And, if there is something you would love to have printed, reach out to me!**

*CUSTOM BOOKS*
After purchasing a custom book, I will email you a list of questions for you to answer, and a list of photos for you to send to me. After receiving your responses, I will create a first draft of your book within 7-10 days. You can request a round of edits, and after changes are made, I will send you a proof for your approval. Once approved, printing and shipping your book will take 10-14 days.

Digital products cannot be returned or refunded.

If your prints or books arrived damaged, please contact me within 14 days with a photo of the damaged product. I will replace or refund your purchase.
