Arrived ahead of schedule in a dented box that was smaller than the item. I opened the box carefully over a tray to catch the many bits of leaves and fruit that were falling off the tree. Trunk was so crooked that the tree would not stand upright. I prepared two bowls, one of very hot water and one of ice water. Used tweezers to hold the trunk in the hot water carefully for 1 min so as to not get the branches wet, then carefully bent it straight. Held it in ice water again avoiding wetting the branches. This straightened the tree and it looks OK now. Despite all that fell off, it still looks fairly lush and fruitful; good for the purpose I bought it. Just wish they had taken a bit more care to package it properly.
