To my dear international customers
as you know we haven’t stopped shipping we continue shipping worldwide.
unfortunately due COVID19 restrictions and limited international flights delays in the deliveries will be expected. Due to the current situation, some postal services and post offices have temporarily suspended their services
this is happening in the majority of all the postal services in the wold and they are being affected by this situation.
so I want to clarify the estimated delivery times of before and now with the covid19 pandemic
BEFORE estimate delivery time was up 20 business days.
so know due COVID19 the estimate delivery time is almost one and a half month
30-40 business days.
remember this are the estimate time for international standard shipping
that in Mexico although it is standard it includes a tracking number is quite affordable
in some countries the standard shipping doesn’t even provide tracking number.

If you are in a hurry to have your orders faster, please let me know before making your purchase so that we can quote the cost of shipping in other delivery carriers like, fedex or dhl .
These will obviously cost higher than the standard shipping we offer.


also i want to tell you that I’m always there to help in any way i can to resolve your questions or track your orders, but please keep in mind that I don’t run the postal services and there’s not much i can do once I leave a package in charge of the postal service.
sometimes parcels may be look stuck or lost because the posts don’t update on time or they haven’t updated the tracking number in their system, but this does not mean that the packages are lost.

please be patience these are difficult times for everyone, i know this is annoying… but please bear with me i do my best to answer your mails, and messages, sometimes i can’t respond you immediately or the messages are misplaced and I don't see them at the moment but it doesn’t mean that I am ignoring them.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations after 24 hrs of have placed an order
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order withing 24 hrs of have placed an order

If is there any problems with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible, I will do my best to solve any problems.

RETURNS:
Please read carefully the description/info of our products, ask for more detailed pictures of the item if needed before placing any order.
We will gladly exchange your product, if the color or model is different from what was ordered. but please note that our bags are 100% hand made by a craftsman so they can have some small flaws like little details in its manufacture that makes the unique pieces
I accept returns, only if the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs,
If you do not like your purchase and want to have a refund, please contact me first before you send it back to me, you may return the product to me in the same condition as I sent you, after I received your order and they are in the same condition as I sent you, I will refund your purchase in full, the cost of the item only, refund do not including the original shipping cost.

PLEASE NOTE THAT EITHER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. WE CAN NOT PROCEED LATER THAN THAT, WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTIONS.

For the United States your order will be delivered by USPS and tracking numbers are available only by request within 2 weeks of the order is shipped. For other countries please note that tracking might not be available and deliveries will be made by your national post, contact us if you need more details about tracking numbers.
All packages are "REGISTERED Air Mail", Signature required when delivery, if you are not home when the package is delivered, please contact your post office for redelivery.

Shipping internationally will go smoothly most of the time, every so often a package can get stuck in custom or in the post office, I can't be responsible for these delays, I will be able to track the package on what date and what flight number that your package was on, it's nearly impossible to track a package once it leaves my country, so I am appreciated that you would track your package online postal service in your country with the tracking number that I sent you.
