I ordered the wrong phone type, can I return it and get a new one?
Unfortunately no, as I processed only accordingly to your order. Please kindly make sure you have all the correct options before making payment next time.

I never received my order.
A rare situation may happen where your package gets lost in the middle of delivery. This might happen as there are many packages being handled by the shipping couriers. If this happens, please contact me within 3 weeks from the estimated delivery dates.
Beyond that, I will be unable to help you or refund your order. Thank you for your understanding.
When will my order be delivered?
