I usually use Sulky threads because my local store does not carry a good selection of Madeira threads. Since most of the embroidery designs I have bought have color charts in Madeira colors, it was a hassle making the color selections from a printed piece of paper. This chart is a wonderful aid. Also, just a note, Madeira thread labels DO NOT stay put after you use them so color numbers aren't always on the spools..... very bad Madeira.

From designs to finished products!

Everything starts with an embroidery design. Designs we use are purchased on the web. The design is downloaded to a USB drive and then imported into my multi needle or embroidery/sewing machine. The design is then embroidered in a hoop.

One of the things I am most proud of is producing child safe stuffed toys. Over the years, I have seen other hand made stuffed animals with buttons for eyes or nose, also bows or other decorations. Yes, they make the toys look beautiful but those items can be pulled off and become a choking hazard. You won't find those on my stuffies.
