Custom and personalized orders
It depends. You can always message me to see if I'm able to make something for you but I can't guarantee that I'll be able to.
Wholesale availability
At this time I'm not able to fulfill wholesale orders as I am a one-person team.
My package said it was delivered, but it's not in my mailbox. What can I do?
Please contact USPS for this issue before contacting me. I will do my best to help you resolve this issue. Unfortunately, after I drop off your package at USPS, it's out of my hands. Every package comes with a tracking # that updates you to tell you where your package is. The best thing you can do is contact USPS through their website + e-mail/call them.
How do you package your orders?
I use rigid mailers (made from cardboard) and bubble mailers. Depending on the contents of your order, items are packaged in re-usable organza bags and/or glassine bags.
Some items such as resin keychains require extra bubble wrap/cello bags around them when packaged (to prevent scratching and damage). Stationery + cards are also wrapped in cello bags for protection. Please message me if you don't want your items wrapped in plastic and I'll do my best to meet your needs.
Every package comes with extras (candy, stickers, or both).
My item arrived damaged. What can I do?
*This is stated in all of my listings:
• I am not responsible for any damages to your items or lost items during shipping.
Unfortunately, I know that damage to your items and accidents happen during shipping. I place stickers on each package asking USPS employees to be gentle with your packages, but I cannot control how they handle them.
I wrap my items with the most care to reduce the risk of damages during shipping. If there are any issues with your package please message me and I will try to help resolve the issue the best I can. Please keep in mind that once I hand the package over to USPS, it’s out of my hands.
Can I use a coupon code more than once?
Yes you can, but they will not work on "custom" orders.
What are "B Grade"/"second" items?
Items listed as “B grade” or "seconds" are slightly imperfect and are discounted for this reason.
• Top, side, or back of shakers will be slightly bumpy/uneven and/or have bubbles. Please consider this before you purchase.
An item I want is sold out. When will it be restocked?
If you want a specific item on my shop that is sold out, please message me and I'll do my best to meet your request. Some items that are sold out are not able to be restocked. Keep in mind that items can take up to 1-2 weeks or longer to restock. :)
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to various US islands, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Australia, Mexico, South Korea, and Japan. All shipping includes tracking (for your protection as well as mine) so shipping rates are a little more expensive. If you'd like to purchase some products but your country is not available for shipping, please message me and I will do my best to meet your needs!
Can I order resin shakers without a keychain?
Yes, of course! When you go to check out, choose "no keychain" in the drop down menu and please state in the "notes" section that you don't want a keychain attached. The shaker will come as pictured and without the keychain.
