- Processing Time - (Our CURRENT turnaround time is 3 BUSINESS-Days)
We are committed to keeping our processing and production times as short as possible! Our standard processing/production time is 5 business days, so your order will ship out 5 business days from when the order was placed unless otherwise indicated in the item’s listing. Please note that our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm MST and we are not open for business on weekends or federal holidays. Any orders placed outside of normal business hours will be processed the following business day. If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that the processing and production time for your order will remain the same – only the transit time will change. If you need us to rush your order, please feel free to reach out to us and we will be happy to discuss options with you!
- Shipping -
Arrival dates provided by Etsy are estimates and actual transit time may vary. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, UPS (our preferred shipper) is not able to guarantee arrival dates at this time. Please note that, since we use UPS, we are unable to ship to PO boxes. If you provide us with a PO box address, we will reach out to request your physical address, and this may impact the processing time for your order.
- International Shipping -
We are unable to offer free shipping for orders shipped internationally. Please also note that you are responsible for any duties and taxes that may be incurred upon customs clearance in the destination country. We do not control the rate of duties or taxes for customs clearance, and we are unable to provide estimates for these charges.
- Returns & Cancellations -
We can cancel your order if you request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. Once production has started on the item, we are unable to cancel the order. We do not accept returns as many of our items are personalized, and they are all made to order, specifically for you. We apologize for any inconvenience!
- Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items -
We package all of our items with great care, and we are experts at making sure the items are padded sufficiently for shipping. Our production staff consists of highly trained professionals with years of experience in their field, and our attention to detail is unmatched. In the rare case that you should receive an item that is damaged or has quality issues/missing pieces, please reach out to us and we will be happy to work with you to find a solution! We must be notified of any product issues within 14 days of receiving the shipment and we may request photos of damaged/defective items and/or the outside of the package. Please open and inspect your order right away after receiving it, to make sure there are no issues!
- Changing an Order -
If you have just placed your order and it is currently being processed, we may be able to make changes, based on where the order is at in our layout/production process. If you should notice that you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
