Hello, I’m Toby Rose, a self-taught artist based in Melbourne’s west.

My work is inspired by mid-century design: clean geometry, considered colour and honest materials. I paint abstract grids in acrylic and oil, and I also make jewellery, wall hangings and mobiles, along with film photography.

Each piece is made with care, in small batches or as one-offs, and I hope it brings a little calm and colour into your space. Thank you for supporting independent, self-taught art.
