We need 1-3 days to make your order. Once we have shipped it, the delivery time depends on the destination Country:
- USA 3–6 Business Days Delivery. NO SURPRISES: All import duties and taxes are PREPAID and INCLUDED in your order. You will not have to pay any extra fees upon delivery.
- Spain & Portugal: Delivery in 24/48h.
- European Union: Delivery in 2–5 business days.
- Canada: Delivery in 2–5 business days, customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.

If you wish to follow protocol, then you should place the hat on the opposite side to your partner, both for symmetry and to avoid concealing it.
That said, for the most elegant and flattering look, we recommend wearing your fascinator or hat on the same side as your hair parting. This allows the hair wave to fall beautifully on the visible side of your face, creating a harmonious and balanced appearance — especially important for events where you’ll be photographed, like weddings or race days.

All our fascinators for hair can be adapted to whichever side the client wishes to wear it, so we can easily customize it to their tastes. We can also create special designs for you based on our collections. For example, we can adapt the colors to your dress. Please don’t hesitate to ask us about any changes you may wish to make.

We accept returns, but the client has to asked for the return in the 7 days next to receive the order. The Client has to pay the returning costs. The return costs are the shipping costs and the tariff of the return that depends on the country. Our workshop is in Spain, so most of the Countries that are out of the European Union has to pay taxes. Depending on the Country and the type of hat it could be more than 40€.
