All items are shipped from Europe (European Union, Croatia). I always ship very quickly using Priority International Airmail but nevertheless it is hard to predict exact delivery times outside Europe. I have had packages take only 6 days to get to USA and I have had others take couple of weeks esp during Holiday season.
Most of my parcels so far arrived in a timely manner - average is approx. 2 weeks to United States. Sometimes due to the Customs Clearance it can take longer and I know that's frustrating - I'm not very good at waiting either! Since majority of my wonderful customers come from USA I decided to offer Free Worldwide Shipping so if a delay does happen hopefully the waiting can be a little less nerve-wracking knowing you didn't have to pay for it ;-)
FREE SHIPPING
***Free shipping is for Priority International Airmail without tracking, unfortunately tracking service is too expensive to offer it for free but you can always add the tracking for 5 $, just message me before placing an order and I'll change the shipping rate for your item.
*Sometimes when the order includes multiple items from my shop I may add free of charge the tracking service also, in these cases I' ll include the tracking number with your shipping notification

Shipping
All items are shipped from Europe (European Union, Croatia) and the item(s) will be posted to you within 1-3 working days after the payment received. In most cases it will be posted already within 24 hours.
Delivery times vary according to your location. Post office gives a 5 -15 day estimated time for delivery in Europe and 7-23 days for the rest of the world. I ship all my items by the INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY AIRMAIL . Customers outside European Union please bear in mind that delivery may sometimes take longer than 3 weeks mostly due the parcel being held up at Customs in your own country or during busy periods like Christmas. If you don't receive your order within 30 days please contact me.
Tracking is not automatically provided due to the high cost of that service but you can add a tracking service at extra cost ($5). If you would like to add the tracking service please contact me prior to completing your purchase so I can correct the shipping charges.
Please, have in mind that it is buyer's responsibility for any duty, tax or customs charges that may be charged by her/his country. Please check with your country if those charges may somehow apply to your order.
