Except for large orders, clothing items will ship in a poly mailer or bubble mailer.

Please take care when opening your package not to cut the item inside. Before opening it, Feel the outside of the package to identify where the garment is inside. Shake or push the contents down to the bottom of the mailer. Then make a small cut in a top corner of the mailer away from the garment. Use your hands to tear the package open the rest of the way.

For the best and lasting results:
• Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors
• Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary
• Tumble dry low, although hang drying works best and extends garment life
• When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron directly on the design
• Do not dry clean or use any fabric softeners.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

• All of our shirts and sweatshirts are UNISEX sizing, unless otherwise noted in the item’s description.
• Please refer to the size chart in our listing photos for measurements. We recommend measuring your favorite shirt/sweatshirt and comparing it to our size chart. Width is measured from armpit to armpit when laid flat. Length is measured from top of shoulder to bottom hem when laid flat.
• Ladies: If you want a slimmer look, consider sizing down. If you want it more of a boyfriend fit, order your true size. If you want it oversized, order 1-2 sizes up.
• If you still aren't sure what size to order, please message us BEFORE ordering! We're happy to help! Since all items are made to order, sizing issues will not be refunded or exchanged.

• Our designs are professionally printed via "direct to garment printing," which fastens the ink to the fibers of the garment. Our designs are not cheap "iron-ons" and will not crack or peel.
• Due to this method of printing, our shirts are softer than screen printed tees and very durable. DTG printed shirts are just as durable as screen printed shirts when it comes to washability.
• Our designs are printed with certified Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks, which means they are safe to print on clothing and reduce environmental waste.

Actual colors may vary from our listing photo and the final product. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor displays colors differently and everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the listings as close to real-life as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.

In addition, screens display in RGB color, while our DTG printers use CMYK inks on fabric. Because of this, some colors—especially bright pinks and blues—may print slightly softer or more muted than they appear digitally. These variations are a normal part of the direct-to-garment printing process, and minor color variations are standard for printed garments and are not classified as defects.

Because we print on demand, processing time takes 2-7 business days after an order is placed. Printing on demand is a more eco-friendly option than printing large inventory.

If an address is entered incorrectly or considered insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned to my printing partner and discarded by their facility.

Because all items are made to order, we’re unable to retrieve or reship orders that are returned for this reason. A new order will need to be placed if you’d like the item re-sent.

Returned Package Policy:
The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address at checkout is correct and verified through USPS. If the customers package is returned to us, we will contact the customer, but the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the package re-shipped.
