What does the "0-4 keys" and "5 or more" option mean?

It is referring to customization request (ie changing the Pokemon or any other key on the keyboard). Since there are several hundred Pokemon existing, you have the option to customize the keyboard to your liking. The price difference is all about how many changes you would like (if you want a couple changes, there is there additional price).

Is the keyboard limited to the Pokemon in the photo?

Nope, definitely not! You can pick the Pokemon that you want.

Do you do keyboards other the ones that are listed?

Yes I do indeed, there are some brands that I have done previously and the list keeps going!

I have done Lenovo, HP, Toshiba, Alienware, Saber and a couple of desktop keyboards. I can make a set that I have not made before but there would be a wait.

Message me if you have a request in mind and I can see what I can do.

How long does international shipping take?

I generally give it a couple of weeks to ship from Australia. Often times it does arrive within the 2 week period, sometimes it can arrive at 3 weeks and worst case is a month (but usually the case of slow postal service).

Domestic shipping takes about a few days to a week to arrive.

Is there a tracking number on my order?

Unfortunately all standard shipping orders do not have tracking numbers. Express shipping provides tracking number and a faster service but there is a bigger price difference.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

If you order does not arrive at the expected time, sometimes it can be a few days late. If in the case that it is past for its late arrival, do not hesitate to message me and I am more than happy to sort anything out with a replacement or a refund.
