5 out of 5 starsThe customer service was good, as the seller contacted me soon after the buy to ask, if the guard was for a specific model, as the fit depended on it. The grip for the bike is not ideal. It's quite loose with the 2025 Thule Chariot Sport (with the new backlight). The seller assured, the with the weight of a bike, it would stay put, but the fit is far more loose than seen on the video and i can't ride on gravel, without checking every couple 100m to see if the bike is still attached. Also, if the fit is dependent on the weight of the bike, i can't keep the holders attached without it, as i would risk loosing them on rough terrain. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and offered a different version of the clamps wich now fit perfectly. Top customer service.

5 out of 5 starsVery well made. No sharp edges. The Woom 3 fits perfectly on the Thule Cab 2. However, with additional weight in the "trunk" of the Thule, it becomes a little unstable to drive, which is logical because the axle load is then missing... Excellent customer service! Really friendly and solution-oriented! Thanks again :)
