Why Tooth Fairy Works
My grandchildren have been, and still are, my inspiration. I didn’t realize until my first “grand angel” was born that I had a passion for crafts. The desire to create something different, unique and useful for each grandchild led me eventually to the idea of tooth fairy pillows. After I made one for each child I continued to think about and make more pillows. I realized these little treasures are not readily available in stores and I wanted to fill that void in the marketplace.
Each pillow I create is unique. The fun for me is in the coordinating of colors, fabrics and trim. Many times I begin with just a button or a flower and let my imagination wander until a pillow is born. I don’t always have the complete finished product in my mind when I start and I’m not finished with a pillow until it makes me smile. Those that don’t will never be listed here!
I am retired now from various types of employment and entrepreneurial endeavors. Producing tooth fairy pillows and building a business around them provides an avenue for more than one aspect of creativity and I love the challenge to excel. This is an exciting venture for me and I sincerely hope you enjoy seeing the pillows as much as I love creating them.
