Do you accept changes after I place my order?
We totally get it—sometimes you catch a typo or change your mind on a color. You’re welcome to message us within the first 1 hour after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to update it before production begins. After that, your item may already be in the works, and changes may no longer be possible.
Can I customize the design or request something special?
Absolutely! Custom designs are kind of our thing. Just send us a message with what you’re dreaming up—whether it’s a color tweak, a name, or a completely custom graphic. We’ll let you know if it’s doable and what the next steps look like.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day return window in some of our products (in case you change your mind after receiving your order) Just keep in mind that we don’t cover the cost of return shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or there's a manufacturing error, we’re more than happy to issue a refund or send a replacement—your choice. Just send us a clear photo of the issue so we can help get things sorted quickly.

Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. It may take up to 3 business days for tracking info to show updates, but rest assured—it’s on the way! If you need help interpreting your tracking or have concerns, feel free to message us.
My tracking says ‘delivered’ but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Give it 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office. If it still hasn’t shown up, send us a message and we’ll do our best to help you out.
