4 out of 5 starsI would have liked better coverage on the skull but I ran it twice with ws stabilizer and it was perfect. I also didn’t run the very last run stitch as it wasn’t lining up in my test stitch and honestly was not needed.

5 out of 5 starsI had a custom patch made and it turned out amazing. The color really “popped”. I love the patch and I cannot wait to sew it on my patch Jacket. It does take a while to get the order but it is well worth the wait. You get more than what you pay for.

Thank you for the wonderful review and for sharing the photo! I’m glad the colors turned out exactly how you wanted. You are absolutely right — custom items take time, but I always focus on quality over speed. I’m sure it’s going to look even better once it’s sewed onto your jacket. Thank you again, and enjoy it!

4 out of 5 starsDigitizing is good except for the all the connecting stitches.
Alex responded on Mar 20, 2026
Hi! Thanks for the feedback. Regarding the connecting stitches (jumps): I intentionally programmed it this way to maintain high embroidery speed and prevent the needle from constant trimming on small details. Excessive trimmings can weaken the fabric and lead to thread breaks. These jumps are easily trimmed manually after embroidery, ensuring a much smoother process for the machine.
