Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to share the full picture for other buyers. Before production, measurements were confirmed and the jacket was made exactly to those specifications. We shared photos of the buffalo leather before and after processing , the buyer approved both and responded positively at every stage. The material was also discussed in detail during our conversation. We clarified it is genuine buffalo leather, which the buyer acknowledged and accepted before production continued. The item was made exactly as described and listed, with the buyer's approval throughout. We stand fully behind our craftsmanship and remain open to resolving any genuine concerns privately.

We're sorry to hear you were unhappy, Edward. However, we must respectfully clarify the facts for other buyers. Before production began, we proactively contacted you to confirm your exact body measurements. You confirmed a chest measurement of 44.5 inches, and your jacket was made precisely to those measurements, with photographic evidence on file. Throughout our entire message exchange, your concern was about sizing — which was provided by you and made accordingly. Yet in this public review, the complaint has shifted entirely to packaging and shipping. These are two completely different issues, and we feel it is important that potential buyers are aware of this inconsistency. We also offered a goodwill replacement at no cost as a gesture of good faith, which was declined.

1 out of 5 starsA complete and utter scam, STAY AWAY! They didn't keep any of their promises. Luckily, Etsy is a reliable site, and I got a refund. I don't recommend this shop, which is based in Pakistan, not England as they claim. Everything in their listings is fake, even the photos, which are taken using GPT Chat.
