I was so pleased with the customer service, the shipping is very secure and safe (required signature before USPS will deliver it) and she was so amazing to work with. So easy, clear communication, and I got the custom fit and highly recommend spending the extra $50 to make sure it fits YOUR ring. She has you measure it in a very specific way that ensures high quality. I got the Moissanite version and it's sooo sparkly! Looks just as clear and sparkly as my engagement ring! Beautiful product, high quality and I'm very excited.

4 out of 5 starsThe ring is beautiful. My wife loves it and it fits her ring perfectly. It did take a lot longer to get to me than I expected based on the date I was originally given. I think it took 2-3 extra months for delivery. I got a bit frustrated with the seller as I provided them measurements as requested, then they asked for pictures from many angles, then they asked for pictures with measurements again, and then they asked me to buy digital calipers to get more precise measurements. If they needed that they should have told me at the beginning and put it in the instructions. The ring does look great and fits well, and is like the pictures but it may take a while to get to you and will need a few more steps than expected

Custom & Personalized Orders
The ring can be made with other types or sizes gemstones, please approach me to let me know your ideas and get a quote.
Sizing Details
I can offer any size, but there may be a charge for special size.
Shipping
All of our rings are made to order, create a piece usually takes 2-4 weeks. Rush order is accepted, please approach me to get further information.
The item will be gift wrapped and I normally ship packages by USPS, you'll have a tracking number to check tracking updates.
Payment Plan
Payment plan is available in my shop.
Orders Amount: Over $1000 (including $1000), the first payment will be 20% of the order amount
Orders Amount: Less than $1000, the first payment will be a fixed $100
Please Note:
1. Orders will not be shipped until the final payment
2. The minimum amount for each payment is $100
3. Your order can be kept up to 6 months
4. First payment is non-refundable after 48 hours

I am happy to accept returns, but DO NOT INCLUDE:
1. Full Eternity Bands & Ready-to-ship Orders & Engraved Rings
2. Custom or Personalized Orders
3. Artificially Damaged Orders
4. Orders Over 30-day Return Period
Please Note: All Orders can only exchange once.
Returned and exchanged orders must remain its original status and packages.
For non-quality issues returned and exchange orders, the buyer is supposed to pay the shipping cost.
