Can I use this with Cricut:
You can use these files in Design Space but not in Cricut Craft Room. In Design Space, you must use the SVG file in order to ungroup the image.
Can I use this with Silhouette:
Yes, if you are using the basic Silhouette Studio software, you will need to use the Studio or Studio3 format. Once you download the file you will need to extract the folder. Once extracted, save it to your studio folder and open from the software. When you open the studio file, it will be Grouped by color. If you are using the Designer Edition, you can use the SVG file. Please feel free to contact me if you need assistance.
Can I contact you for a refund:
In accordance with Etsy's policies, I do not offer refunds on digital products, please be sure that you are able to use the file in one of the formats offered.
If you have not downloaded your file, or purchased two of the same files by mistake I will work with you.
This will exclude any fees that etsy or paypal charges.
