Paul is a great guy and shows his passion in his work. Any time I had a question, I sent him an email and got a helpful response very quickly. My order for the V1 podium actually got upgraded for free to a Podium V2 because I got lucky and ordered while they were rolling out the new model. The enclosure is great and has helpful features to make building my hitbox neat and easy. I definitely know where to go when I decide to get an arcade stick in the future.

The quality of the item was great, however what really set this purchase experience aside from other shops was the dedicated customer service provided by Paul, not only did he fulfill a custom request that was on listed on his site. He also was with me the whole way helping me get other parts I needed, helping me decide on colors and keeping me updated with his process the whole way. Amazing enclosure it's simple to build and got a nice weight to it. Completely worth the money

The case is really nice and the right size for me but the fact that the plexis came with some scratches due to one side not having film was a bit annoying but tolerable but they have good customer service that they offered me replacement panels for the scratched plexis which was really nice and helpful. Overall a good stick case can't wait for my art and I'll post a picture when it's complete
