The Sizes Available don't suit my needs
If our standard sizes on offer don't quite meet your needs, no problem! Whether you're after a statement piece or something more subtle, we'll do our best to work with you to create the perfect custom size for your wall sticker. Simply send us your dimensions, and we'll get back to you within 48 hours with some ideas.
Will your sticker adhere to my surface?
Our stickers are best applied to clean, dry, and smooth surfaces.
**Please wait 4-6 weeks before applying to newly painted surfaces.**
-Silk/Satin Paint- Tricky but can be possible with care and attention.
-Matte Paint- Ideal for application.
-Washable/Durable Paint- Tricky but can be possible with care and attention.
-Glitter Paint- Not recommended.
-Wallpaper- Works on some wallpapers, but not on textured surfaces.
Our stickers also adhere to vehicles, windows, mirrors, toy boxes, laptops, iPads, and more.
Is there a background colour?
There is no background colour – your surface will serve as the background. Choose your sticker colour accordingly.
Are the stickers reusable?
Our stickers are removable but not reusable. Once applied to the surface they are easy to remove with no mess but they will not be able to be reused.
Where do i notify you of the name or text i require?
During payment you will notice a message to seller section. Please try to leave it there. If you do miss this you can message us direct after payment.
Can I Change A Design?
Yes we can usually make changes to any designs.. but they will be subject to a design change fee. Please contact us to discuss.
Colour Choice
• Screen Resolution:
Please note that colours may appear differently on screens due to varying resolutions and settings. The colours displayed are a guide and may not exactly match the final product.
• Ordering Colour Samples:
We recommend ordering a colour sample before making a purchase. This will allow you to see the colour in your space and lighting before committing to a larger order. Colour samples are a small square of the chosen colour.

What happens if I am not happy with my order or it arrives damaged?
As each item is custom-made to order, all purchases are final, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This applies to any sticker with a colour choice or personalised information.
We cannot accept returns for:
• Incorrect colour choice (Please order a sample beforehand)
• Dissatisfaction with style or font (All personalised items come with font guides)
• Incorrect size or design ordered (Please check dimensions carefully)
• Incompatibility with your wall or paint surface
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please do not dispose of it. All items must be returned in their original condition.
I want to adhere my sticker to a window to be seen from the outside...
If you need the sticker to be applied to the inside of a window and seen from the outside, please request a REVERSE CUT.
