1 out of 5 starsI purchase this item to be delivered between July 11-15. On July 16 I was told there was a delay & product wouldn’t be available for shipping until the last part of July-August. I explained that this was a birthday gift…& I should have been notified early on in the transaction. A couple days later I get a message package has shipped…my friend receive the package on July 21…only problem…it was the wrong size…she shipped a Large t-shirt instead of 2XL. Tried to get her to tell me if she had this in stock & to please replace the shirt with the correct size. She kept asking if she could just “refund” my money. Tonight I received a message that she had refunded my money….i checked with my bank & she didn’t refund some of the money but not the postage. When I tried to answer her…she now has me blocked & I can’t reply.
