5 out of 5 starsBeyond amazed! This video is the perfect reveal. It's the only video that has such a smooth transition and very realistic character voices. I also asked that Mickey announced we were visiting universal studios and seaworld too, and they did that perfectly! The video was received same day as ordered, and I can't even describe how perfect and magical it is! So excited to share and make the big reveal to my kiddos.

5 out of 5 starsThe video is very cute and looks just like the movie! Etsy checkout is confusing and makes it look like it is almost instant but takes basically 24 hours to be sent to an email and you cannot get it off the app.

What are the video invitation specifications?
All of our video invitations are:
MP4
1080 x 1920 pixels
HD quality
up to 20 MB
What information do I need to provide when ordering?
When ordering, please enter your party details:
1) your child’s name
2) age
3) date and time of the party
4) address of party
5) rsvp info: date, name, contact number
You also need to enter your email address just in case
When and how will I receive my video after ordering?
Your video will be ready within 24 hours from the moment you provide full information. The file with the download link for your video will be uploaded to your Etsy profile from which you made the order when it is ready. Find your file in the PURCHASES section. To download the file, use a desktop or mobile browser (chrome, safari, etc.). The Etsy app is NOT SUITABLE for downloading the file.

How do I send the video invitation to my party guests?
There are multiple ways:
– Text message (I recommend a link to watch your video online, which I can provide upon request)
– Facebook message
– WhatsApp
– Email
– You can upload as a private Youtube video and send your guests the URL link
– or your can upload the video to your party website, Instagram, or Facebook Event page
*Please note I only provide the video. I cannot offer technical assistance for your phone. Please ensure your mobile devices is able to receive and send videos BEFORE ordering.
What parts of the video can I change?
You can personalize the party details – the text information that comes up on screen. All other visual elements of the video (font style, background, effects, timing etc) remain unchanged. Please contact me if you would like to discuss a unique, custom design to suit your party theme.
I require a small revision to my video, how do I do this?
Sometimes mistakes happen, it’s OK! If there is an error in the video invitation your have received, please contact me and let me know, and I will provide you with a corrected version.
I have a joint / sibling party. Can I add a another child to the invitation?
Yes definitely! As long as the rest of the party details are the same, you can add another name and/ age and there is no extra fee for this.
If you have another child but the party details are different, unfortunately this must be ordered as a separate invitation.
I'd like the invitation in another language, is this possible?
Yes of course! Please provide the translation for ALL of the words in the invitation when ordering (not just the party details)
*Note – some of the fonts shown in the samples may need to be changed to accommodate specific characters or writing systems.
Can I order a custom video invitation with specific colors and design?
